Muslim Americans in Public Service thanks the MAPS-DOC community led by US Department of Commerce employee resource group President Aamer Uddin for coming together on June 26th for their inaugural DOC Eid Luncheon at the US Department of Commerce DC headquarters.

The MAPS National and MAPS-DOC community also commend the leadership and support of event guest speakers, including Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves, Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships Director Andres Chong-Qui Torres, DOC Chief Diversity Officer Junish Arora, DOC Director of Legislative Affairs Feras Sleiman, former DOC employee and current U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Assistant Secretary for Partnership and Engagement Fayrouz Saad, and U.S. Department of State Special Advisor on International Disability Rights, Sara Minkara.
