Afghan American Heritage Month Recognition

Looking back on Afghan American Heritage Month this August, San Francisco City Hall recognized Muslim Americans in Public Service (MAPS) and the many Afghan and Muslim Americans who help make a difference every day not only as public servants, but also as business owners, innovators, educators, community leaders and more.

A special shoutout to Mahanaz Ebadi, Esq. and Nasrina Bargzie, two outstanding MAPS members whose dedication and service exemplify the important role Afghan and Muslim Americans play in strengthening our communities.
