Muslim Americans in Public Service thanks its members for joining The Muslim, Arab, & Allies Policy Professionals Reception organized by Emgage and cosponsored by Muslim Public Affairs Council Foundation (MPAC), DAWN and MAPS in downtown DC last Saturday. The reception brought together senior public servants across Federal, State, local and Congressional roles, to engage policy professionals, community leaders and allies dedicated to shaping a more just and equitable future.

We were honored to help recognize distinguished leaders and current and former MAPS Advisors, speakers and friends for their dedication to public service, including Fayrouz Saad – Former Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Partnership and Engagement, Hady Amr – Former U.S. Special Representative for Palestinian Affairs, Laila ElGohary – Former Political Strategist & Executive Secretary at USAID, and Raheemah Abdulaleem – Former White House General Counsel and Special Assistant to the President.Their wisdom and experience continue to inspire and pave the way for future generations of Muslim leaders in policy and public service.A huge thank you to our partners for bringing us together and their tireless efforts in empowering our communities.
