This virtual Women's History Month event organized by Muslim Americans in Public Service (MAPS) showcases the professional accomplishments of trailblazing Muslim women leaders in the Federal government, aims to help inspire Muslim American public servants to follow in their footsteps and further contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion in public service.Featuring Madiha Latif, Senior Executive Service, U.S. Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service; Sairah Ijaz, Senior Executive Service, U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Department (HUD); and Subhi Mehdi, Former Senior Executive Service, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) (Retired) in their personal capacities.Hosted by HUD Customer Experience Lead and MAPS Co-Founder, Amber Chaudhry, this unprecedented topic and lineup is co-sponsored by the Muslim Women's Professional Network, the Islamic Scholarship Fund, American Muslim Today, and Muslim Urban Professionals (MUPPIES).
